Malai Paneer Hot cakes
To make the burnt honey old monk butter
1 cup Salted butter
Cook till the milk solids start burning
Add to a bowl over ice
1/4 cup Honey
Beat it well
till light & fluffy
Look at that 😮💨🤤
Have a shot of old monk first 😎😮💨🤤
Add 60ml to the butter
& mix well
Look that 😮💨🤌🏻
Crack 6 eggs
To the yolks
1 cup Dahi
1 cup Malai, crumbled
A few drops of vanilla extract
1/2 cup Sugar
& mix everything well
1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Mix well
Fold into the egg yolk mixing
Zest of 1/2 a lemon
6 Egg whites
Beat till light & airy
Whilst adding 1/4 cup sugar little by little
Do this at your own risk! 💀😂
Fold the egg whites into the yolk mix
lightly
Pour a ladle full of the batter
onto a greased hot tawa
Cover & cook till puffed
Lightly flip it &
cook till golden from both the sides
Place a pancake on a plate
Generously spread the old monk butter
Top it off with mangoes
Repeat the steps
