Yesterday was the first day of the trip, and I released a pretty significant wind slab on a ridge so the trip didn’t really start on a high and I was not in the best state of minds…. The Segla area has been really delivering. It looked like there wasn’t much interesting terrain at first but then by spending time in the area more and more stuff opened up. That mountain definitely has something, and surely there is an awesome energy around it. 📸 @nathanpyr #roamer by @swatch

When people ask me what’s your favourite moment in your adventures it rarely is the ride it self but more the moment before dropping in at the top of the line. That vision, to me, always justifies it all and it certainly did on that one. Usually at that moment most of the hardest part of the job had been done. All the calculations, all the stress and risk amangement, all the struggle also to get there… the line is in your head and you just have to let it play.
