この歳になると頑張ると言うよりは、無理が効かない身体をいかに活性化させ、怪我なく心身共に健康的に生きるかが質の高いクライミングや幸せな生き方に繋がっているように思います。
つい先日登れたDaydreamはその様な考えの下、無理せず時間を掛けての成功でした。
そう言った意味で、55歳は近年やって来たことが実るでしょうし、60代への下地作りが始まるとも感じています。
まずは55歳でどんなクライミングができるのかが楽しみです。
家族と共に、雪降る温泉宿でゆったりと湯につかり、身体を温め、深々と降る雪をながめていると、歳を取る喜びを感じます。
皆様に支えられての今日、55歳は多くの皆様と共に良い事を積み上げ、無理をせず健康的に目標や成し遂げたいことに向かって行きまいと思います。よろしくお願いします。
Today, I am grateful to celebrate my 55th birthday with my family.
At this age, I think it’s not so much about working hard, but rather how to revitalize your body, which can’t be pushed too hard, and how to live a healthy body and mind without getting injured, which leads to high-quality climbing and a happy way of life.
Daydream, which I was able to climb just the other day, was a success based on that kind of thinking, and was a success that took time and effort.
In that sense, I feel that at the age of 55 I will be able to realize what I have learned in recent years, and I will begin to lay the groundwork for my 60s.
First of all, I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of climbing I can do at the age of 55.
I feel the joy of growing old as I relax in the hot springs at a snowy hot spring inn with my family, warm up my body, and watch the snow fall deeply.
Today, at the age of 55, thanks to everyone’s support, I hope to work together with many of you to accumulate good things and work toward my goals and achieve what I want to achieve in a healthy manner without overdoing myself. thank you.
