Amy Williams Instagram – 🏋️‍♀️ Who says you need loads of fancy equipment to get a killer shoulder workout? Don’t let a packed gym or limited space hold you back! With just your own bodyweight and a tiny corner either in the gym or your house, you can still burn 🔥 those shoulders!!.

Here’s a simple yet effective routine:
👉🏻 Try 3-5 rounds of 8-12 reps depending on your weight and fitness level.
Rest 1-2 mins between rounds.

2️⃣ Up Down Plank
3️⃣ Shoulder Tap Planks
4️⃣ Bum Tap Planks
5️⃣ Alt Arm Reach Plank
6️⃣ Reverse Bear Knee Taps
