Amy Williams Instagram – 🏋️♀️ Don’t panic if the gym is packed and all you’ve got is a couple of kettlebells available!
Here’s a killer Core and Ab focused workout, along with some legs and glutes thrown in.
You can do in a small corner of the gym – if you don’t have room to walk then march on the spot.
📍Aim for 3-5 Rounds.
30secs per exercise, little or no rest between. Then take 1min off and repeat.
1️⃣ Overhead Marching
2️⃣ Walking Lunges
3️⃣ Gorilla Rows
4️⃣ Overhead Reverse Lunges
5️⃣ Sit Up and Reach
6️⃣ Double Leg Lowers
7️⃣ Russian Twists
