Here are 5 rules I started living by that made me fitter and stronger in my 30’s & 40’s, as an ex athlete and a mum to 2 boys!
1️⃣ Prioritize Consistency: Stay committed to your workouts and make them a non-negotiable part of your routine.
2️⃣ Set Clear Goals: Define what you want to achieve and create a plan to get there. Get an online coach if you need help!
3️⃣ Fuel Your Body Right: Eat nutritious foods that support your fitness goals and provide the energy you need.
4️⃣ Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body functioning optimally. Drinking @drinkhibern8 at night is helping me sleep too. (AW-PT10 for 10%)
5️⃣ Mix It Up: Keep your workouts varied to prevent boredom and challenge different muscle groups.
