She definitely had a chip on her shoulder being so rude when I was dressed all professionally back from a listing appointment and she barely made eye contact and couldn’t care less more worried to head back home.
I had a pleasant experience with floor sales guy and when I went to get my monitor back – keep in mind I was nearby east to see from the geek squad area to the monitor sales floor, yet it was left open to grab with that note …
I packed the monitor in the trunk wanted to just go home, then turned back to show the note to her manager as the store closed.
I couldn’t just let it go and that’s not ok to be treated as a punching bag.
When you are nice, people treat you like 💩 !
The manager lady was shocked to say the least but only offered an apology. Not the right way to maintain a business relationship when I literraly get all my gears from Best Buy for the past 20 years!
@lenovo United States @lenovous isn’t helpful either. They won’t honor the manufacture warranty despite the monitor being purchased only a few months ago. I spoke to someone in India that refused to help and told me to get back to #BestBuy 🤦🏼♀️
At this point I’m about to go to get a new one at
@costco as #Costco rocks and their customer service has never ceased to be outstanding despite the years.
