Brandi Runnels Instagram – Tomorrow @nakedmindga opens!! It’s been about a year long journey getting me to this point. My beautiful daughter was and is my inspiration. I wanted a place where I could thrive and so could she. I wanted to continue to have a career and have the ability to see my daughter whenever I wanted to. I wanted to prioritize myself but also be who I needed to for my family. I wanted to help others and create a meaningful place in my community. I wanted to still be able to touch lives outside of my community. I decided to open my own yoga and Pilates studio AND launch a digital yoga platform for those who don’t live here. Man, has it been a lot of work. There’ve been twists and turns but God has steered this ship. I am excited, and I am so grateful. It’s scary taking a new path, but I have stayed the course and I am thankful for @americannightmarecody being steadfast at my side through it all. I can’t wait for others to walk through these doors and feel like they belong here. I can’t wait for parents to bring their children and feel good about taking care of themselves, not guilty. I’m so elated to be able to open these doors and I hope some of you will be there! ❤️🧘🏽‍♀️🙏🏾 namaste.
