Extra grateful for the love, coziness, and peace tonight because today was a randomly and deeply difficult mental health day for me. I had an unprovoked panic attack that lasted literal hours, 0/10 would not recommend. But I pulled through it and am very grateful for all the emotional support this evening from @sadgirlsundayz @jamesisntcool and @ryancurranmusic Love you guys
