I was on the shot for 6 months and finally said i got to get off of it before it gets out of hand !!! So i start back working out ASAP … so to answer my DM questions i did not have surgery i did not get shots in my ass ! Nothing against it ! BUT IT HAS NEVER BEEN MY THING! i love my natural body the weight went to my legs ass and stomach ! So before i let them shots take over GYM IT IS i went from 134 to 159 oh FUKKKK NOOOO… it’s stressful 😂 i hope this answer yall dms 💋
