Candace Nelson Instagram – ⏮️ Throwback to the solar eclipse of 2017 🌒 It was a perfect day in Sun Valley without a cloud in the sky, and we were lucky to be in the path of totality. I remember everything getting very quiet and cool – almost chilly – on this hot August day. It became progressively dark and as the sun slipped behind the moon entirely, a cheer erupted from a neighboring watch party, echoing across the valley. It was a magical and awe inspiring event.
