Celeste Ziegler @celesteziegler.realestate . It’s crazy to think I’m coming up on almost three years of being a licensed realtor and I’m FINALLY just starting a separate social page 🙈 It’s been a busy first few years , hence the non-dedication to starting a page . But I’m committed now so let’s start this page with a few things about myself :
Maybe you follow me on @celeste_ziegler and know me as an actor, model or know me from when I was running my own event management company . Although I’m currently a re-occurring character in a few TV shows , I’d say I’m giving 90% of my life to helping my clients buy and sell real estate when I’m not on screen. I’m a licensed realtor with @rennierealestate in Vancouver but soon to expand my business to my previous home, which was LA . As a dual citizen 🇨🇦🇺🇸who’s lived on both sides of the border , I want to be able to help my clients with buying and selling cross -border properties . I’ll be able to start taking clients across the West Coast very soon: Vancouver➡️LA. Stay tuned to my page for some big announcements !!
Over the past few years I’ve helped countless people buy and sell property in Vancouver. Everything from land deals to land assemblies to working on pre-sale projects and now primarily focusing on luxury real estate .
In addition, I also work as an in-house broker at @poonigroup. By working closely with an urban planning company, I feel one step ahead. My understanding of public policy, zoning, and the work I do with developers (e.g. land assemblies), is a great setup to help my clients with investment decisions. The work we do @poonigroup and the industry connections we have, gives me a competitive, collaborative advantage.
