As of last week I officially became a licensed REALTOR® .Studying hard for my test that took me only three months and passing with flying colours all while working on a new TV show and helping/shadowing realtors while waiting to be licensed, just shows my dedication to my new craft. I’m a firm believer that hard work pays off and happy to announce that I’m already working on a huge project with a sought-after developer and urban planner that will help transform an integral part of our city. More proof that hard work leads to success couldn’t have been more evident than yesterday when my clients accepted an offer and I was able to close my first deal within 3 days of me being licensed!
