Reading them all on January 1st brought on a sweet mixture of joy, sorrow, gratitude, grief, and bewilderment. Did I actually move four times in one calendar year? Did I truly get to spend that much time on stage and with my family and friends? Did I really break my heart twice? Do I seriously love running that much? Remember when I almost took a job in Aspen? And fckin turned thirty?
It was a stunning year in all the best and worst ways. I feel like I’ve been spun in a dozen circles blindfolded and told to pin my smile back onto my own face. I won’t soon forget this one, but holy mackerel am I ready for 2024. Oh and NY, I’ll be back soon. | Posted on 03/Jan/2024 11:44:35
