Gochujang Fried Chicken Sandwiches Ingredients 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 1/4 cup Gochujang 2 tablespoons Bourbon 1/2 cup Buttermilk 1/2 cup All-purpose flour 1 cup Cornstarch 1 teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning Buns to serve Coleslaw to serve Pickles to serve Instructions: Marinate the 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a mixture of Gochujang, Bourbon, and Buttermilk. In a bowl, combine All-purpose flour, Cornstarch, baking powder, Cajun Seasoning Stir to combine. Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess liquid drip off. Coat each piece evenly in the seasoned flour mixture. Heat oil in a pan or deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes. Once cooked, place the fried chicken on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve the fried chicken on a bun topped with slaw and pickles.
