I would tell her to protect all the joy that is already inside. To stay kind and thoughtful to others..that we are all together on this journey no matter where we are on the path.
I’d remind her to remain curious, willing to keep learning, growing and evolving so that every age brings something new.
I would whisper there is magic all around and it is up to her to look for it; in her friendships, in her relationships, in work, and in the world.
I would remind her that when challenged, to choose the path that creates the highest good..it is always the one that leads to the happiest outcome..and to continue to choose the highest version of herself no matter what the challenge…and let the rest fall away.
I would let her know that you can’t control all that happens to you but you can control how you handle it. That is within your grasp.
And above all, I would tell her that love; loving herself, as well as others, and having the compassion to do so, is the single most powerful transformational action she can do.
We are here for only a brief time. What do we want to leave behind…
