Emily V. Gordon Instagram – Stuff I’ve loved lately: 1) @diarrafromdetroitofficial. Holy shit this show is amazing. It’s a modern funny noir set in Detroit and creator/writer/star @diarraoni is so charming and great in it. It’s on BET Plus which you can get through Amazon prime. 2) Oh Jerome, No- a short form series (dunno what that means, actually, but the episodes are all 12 minutes) that’s on Hulu and explores modern masculinity. Really funny and surreal. 3) Tender by Beth Hetland (h/t to @evafay). A grotesque and deeply relatable body horror graphic novel.
