En Mei Instagram – Road-trip to #Queenstown! 🚗 #Christchurch to Queenstown is a 6.5-hour drive. We set out early at 7 am, making stops at #FairliePie, #LakeTekapo, #LakePukaki, a salmon farm, and picking the most delicious cherries along the way. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. I think the lakes might be bluer than the lakes in Canada! (Next time, we plan to break up the trip and stay around Lake Tekapo or Pukaki for a day or two to soak everything in before driving to Queenstown)
We spent three nights in Queenstown and it was splendid 😍 I tried the famous #Fergburger, but it was a bit disappointing. It came a little cold despite waiting in line for it. On a positive note, #JervoisSteakhouse was delicious! Definitely going back. The #skylineluge is a must-do for first-timers! You get a stunning panoramic view of the city. The park is also very nice. Try the speedboat if you haven’t 🤣 it’s very thrilling! There are still heaps of stuff that we could have done but didn’t have time for.
