There’s nothing quite like rejuvenating the body with some crisp fresh and very cold temperatures before diving back into city life.
Being out in the cold ( also in cold water) keeps your skin tight, vibrant and radiant and increases blood circulation in both the face and the rest of your body.
Definitely good for your mood too.
