By your request I’ve found some quick grab and go’s at Walmart that you can throw together for a lunch!

Healthy foods and snacks are easier to find than we usually think. We just have to move away from the cheeseburgers and sandwiches that are pre-packaged, like I showed you here.

Look for a healthy protein source (meats, eggs, protein bar/shake/powder),

Then look for a complex carbohydrate, if you’re doing carbs…

OR look for a healthy fat source, if you’re not including carbs.
