She recounts how the Zionists would run over the bodies of martyrs with their tanks, how they would shoot men on front of the eyes of their wives and children, and how they would bury groups of people en masse in unmarked graves. The survivors of the Al-Shifa massacres witnessed the worst of the worst atrocities, horrors of a scale and character that are historically equivalent only to other genocides.
These stories now coming to light must be documented and held up to the light for all of humanity to see, and for the world to never forget. More urgently, as millions remain under siege and bombardment in Gaza, it is incumbent upon us to continue to escalate our mobilization efforts.
