Hannah Simone Instagram – That time I was a VJ for Much Music in Toronto and went into a pet store to buy food for my old cranky cat Jake and I heard the owner muttering that she had found a nearly dead blind rat and she was going to throw it out. She lifted it up and I saw the two most beautiful little scared eyes. After a chat I said I’d take the rat home and care for him until he passed peacefully … he was clearly on his way out of this world. He was 400 grams, maybe a month old and couldn’t stand up because his head was heavier than his tiny skin and bones body. Oh and he was a cat not a rat. I named him Frank and took him everywhere and my cranky old man cat Jake turned into a fully gentle mama bear. The rest is history. Frank my lil blind asthmatic cat kept his tiny wily heart going and became one of my best friends. Jake and Frank became the Bert and Ernie of my life. Everyone who has met him loves him instantly. He never really grew much and so he is just a permakitten. Here is his on screen debut on live tv where I introduced him to the nation xo @havecatzwilltravel (my cats insta if you want more Frank and co content) AND YES THIS IS WHAT I LOOKED LIKE BEFORE BANGS GET OVER IT AND FOCUS ON FRANKIE BOY 🐈‍⬛
