Ive been writing a chapter on V and found this priceless footage from the TV series… looking at it i can see how the brilliance of the original mini series had descended into a soap opera in outer space.. i had fun but cant help but wonder how magnificent it would have been if warner brothers had kept Ken Johnson as writer/director. Just discovered this little gem. A Breck Hair commercial. When i graduated from Northeastern i moved to NYC and lived in a studio walk up . The lights would go on and a hundred cockroaches would scamper. Commercials were my lifeline. I was so fortunate to become a popular face on many brands.. Oil of Olay, Playtex Bra, English leather and Hertz Rent A Car with the infamous OJ Simpson !

Opening night of @melbfilmfest .. I am so proud to be a circle Patron to help this great festival continue to bring Victoria extraordinary stories from every part of the globe. I am so passionate about the ability for film to educate, inspire and transform . My favorite films so far the harrowing docos #BeyondUtopia (about North Korea) and the disturbing A Storm Foretold about U.S. politics. I also loved the south Korean film Past Lives and the Uplifting Happy Clothes . My coming up /cant wait Todd Haynes May December and Tilda Swinton in The Eternal Daughter. Well done @melbfilmfest for bringing the world a lot closer !!

Nine years ago we shot this gorgeous music video in a studio in LA.. it was one of the many music videos i cast my late son Harry in. Here we are in this poignant scene, dancing together. I look like I’m staring into his soul as if i am trying to figure out the deep fear i always felt around his existence.. So grateful to have this precious footage of Harry.. produced by the gifted @jeffbova . Music video directed by @kingtoneguitar
