A few really special ones would be a custom made Daruma wearing the Le Cordon Bleu chef whites, one looking like a merlion, and a big gold one in my patisserie, with Once Upon A Time inscribed on it, gifted by the Daruma master himself. Other than being a symbol of good luck, do you know people often make a wish on a Daruma doll as well? You fill in the left eye of the Daruma while making a wish and when your wish is fulfilled, you fill in the other eye. 🤓
