Jennifer Esposito Instagram – My sister from another mister @alicia_coppola Alicia and I also use to sit on those NYC casting couches together (related to last post) waiting for our audition. The one difference here is she hated my life- and she did not hide it. She would give my a stink eye that could kill you. Years later when I saw on Instagram that she was doing stand-up I wrote to her with praise. I love women who show the fkuc up- afraid or not. She wrote me back and asked if I’d do her podcast. I said yes and the rest is history. Alicia was an incredible surprise to me at a hard time of trying to get my film made. So many that had been in my life- some for a lifetime- offered ZERO help to me in making this film. Sometimes just listening helps someone. The reveal of that was quite painful. Alicia not only offered help, support, ideas, but most importantly a safe ear to listen on the other side of our daily Marco Polos. I truly love you and will never forget the support you offered then and now. Have the best damn bday EVA, dear friend. No laundry today pls. She has an issue with laundry. Xoxo
