Jo Cooke Instagram – You might be thinking I look slightly different to how I looked the last time you saw me. The truth is, the last few months have not been kind to me. Since living it up in Portugal in October I’ve spent almost three months in hospital. It was touch a go for a while and after almost dying on more than one occasion, a very long road lies ahead to get back to “normal”.
This post is not for attention or sympathy but solely to answer all the questions of where I have been and if I am ok.
The last four months have been incredibly difficult and draining but have given me a new appreciation for life and those I choose to surround myself with.
