Juliana Harkavy Instagram – The fertility journey continues!!! 🍍✨ Second surgery in a month (15th procedure in total??) Biiiig hug to anyone else going through this. 🫂💞 Hubby and I are on year 4 of this whirlwind 🤯 and by far, one of the most unexpected and welcomed outcomes of the process has been learning to be a mother ✨to myself.✨ A concept I’d never really even considered, let alone practiced until recently. Holding myself with unconditional love, compassion, softness, strength, and acceptance was somewhat foreign to me in the past. What an incredible and necessary discovery to make before mothering a child. I am more resilient, brave, self-knowing, solid in my marriage, authentic, loving, and trusting in the universe than I was when this all began. I let go of all expectations for motherhood to look a certain way or come at a certain time. This opened a pathway to peace. With the help of weekly therapy (@a_verybritishlesbian ), the fertility community, amazing doctors (@fertilitygodmother @siedhoff ), and an incredible personal support system I’m so blessed to have (👑 @eskandar_alexander and more- you know who you are), I’ve developed total faith that if we’re meant to guide a soul through this life, we will- however & whenever it’s meant to happen. I am so grateful for the challenges, because without them I would not be this unrecognizable version of myself- someone who I’ve never been prouder of, or taken better care of. If this is your journey too, please know that the universe supports you infinitely- it just sometimes has a funny way of showing it. But don’t ever lose hope. Especially when you don’t get what you want in the moment. Trust. Everything is going to be okay. I promise.
