1. Rounding out year 30 of my life and think I spent it understanding the psychological experience of my 20s, 😂 Does anyone else relate to this? I wonder if I’ll do that again when I’m 40…
2. My next mellow moment is going to be…. *Drumroll* released May 1st! A surprise until then but one that I’ve personally been using this month & it has been so impactful I can’t wait to share it.
3. Having the birds back listening to their sweet little songs has been so uplifting lately… I love spring time even the rainy days.
4. I don’t think there’s ever been a time I leaned into prayer more and felt more in control of my thoughts on a daily basis and it’s been amazing to see the miracles happening all around me my family every day.
5. Still working on my pull-up goal and my best so far is 11 but I’m really relaxed about the outcome! Also need as many 5 star reviews on the podcast as I can get to move up to the top 10 in parenting podcasts! ⭐️!
6. Planning birthday things for our month of birthdays and wanting to possibly do something different from a traditional party… give me your best traditions, 🥲
7. Nonviolent Communication on the podcast has been so life-giving for me to make episodes for— I genuinely look forward to sitting down and recording. I always wish every listener could be right there with me in my living room sipping tea with me.
8. Saw Dan Shay with my best friend for her birthday present and it was so much fun. They are my comfort band, 😂
9. I’ve written something really special and am deciding whether or not I should illustrate it myself or hire someone… I’m thinking a blend of Nancy Tillman and Leo Lionni?
10. Still obsessed with arbonne and so proud of my team, 🥹 after taking so much time away to focus on the course and podcast, building it for a second time has been so rewarding and slow, steady intentional just like I like.
11. Favorite snack at the moment is hands down thin sliced English cucumber with olive oil, vinegar, salt, chili flakes, sesame oil… ☁️
