Kirsten Vangsness Instagram – My sister used to play the bassoon. I thought it was sooo cool. It’s a double reed instrument and those are hard to play. Then my friend @qraftyqomic needed a bassoon and my sister gave her (my big sister taught me to be generous) the bassoon she used to play and Katsy got the bassoon all healed & repaired. AND THEN last week the bassoon and Katsy had a solo at the Pasadena City College Band concert and my mom and my Godmother came AND they BOTH went to Pasadena City College in their early years and it was quite fantastic. Give your instruments away and go see art made by them and community colleges are wonderful.
