Kris Aquino Instagram – i know when you watch this video you’ll say “Grabe si krisy maka connect ng post…” Unahan ko na kayo- i was preparing a special letter to be read on cam for my Dad & my brother… but i’ve had a bad case of sinusitis and sumunod na yung sore throat and laryngitis… I was supposed to host the 8/19 media launch to welcome the legend, Jackie Chan to the #Shopee family but needed to back out because hindi talaga kinaya. That’s not the work ethic instilled in me by my parents but my autoimmune has made me much more vulnerable. Today i gave it my all to do my voice overs for our 9/9 @shopee_ph TV special and my dad would surely understand because i was raised to not submit work that’s just good enough. Bravo to my very lean team, @alvingagui na kaya nang mag sound engineer, Bimb who was doing my cuing, and my 2 nurses, Bianca & Gerald who were holding our new pang podcast microphone (more on that later) and helping keep my voice and throat as energetic as possible. May utang pa akong TRIBUTE for Benigno S Aquino Jr and Benigno S Aquino III- they deserve for me to do that when my prod team is complete and you will all get to view my thoughts and feelings in the way na hindi ako mapapahiya sa kanila. i guess that means waiting until after MECQ is lifted.
