Tal vez el único enemigo es que no nos gusta cómo es la realidad ahora y, por lo tanto, deseamos que desaparezca rápidamente. Pero lo que descubrimos como practicantes es que nada desaparece hasta que nos enseña lo que necesitamos saber. Si corremos cien millas por hora hasta el otro extremo del continente para escapar del obstáculo, encontramos el mismo problema esperándonos cuando llegamos. It just keeps returning with new names, forms, manifestations until we learn whatever it has to teach us about where we are separating ourselves from reality, how we are pulling back instead of opening up, closing down instead of allowing ourselves to experience fully whatever we encounter, without hesitating or retreating into ourselves.”
