Laura Vitale Instagram – In this house, we keep recipe traditions alive especially around the holidays. Artichokes are alwaysssssssss on the table at Easter, either boiled (or steamed) or stuffed (and most of the time both) and they are so sensational you can’t even imagine!! I don’t really measure the filling (but i hope to shoot it for you in depth this week if time allows because I make them all spring long!!) breadcrumbs , cheese, garlic, parsley, lots of oil and good pinch of salt. Cook low and slow in enough water and to come up half way and a good drizzle of oil and healthy pinch of salt. Keep topping off the water to keep it at that halfway mark, cook about an hour and if you’d like (and I recommend) broil for a few minutes. Serve with some of the brothy water drizzled over the top and live your best life one bite at a time babes 😍 | Posted on 24/Mar/2024 22:47:53
