Laura Vitale Instagram – Reminding you that lamb (or any roast) doesn’t taste the same without potatoes! You can certainly roast them along side but trust me when I tell you, these wine and rosemary roasted potatoes will make allllll your dreams come true and will leave people begging you for the recipe! The recipe is in my book (have you gotten it yet??!!) and many people that have made them now lovingly call them “the best roasted potatoes ever made” and once you eat just one you’ll understand why that’s so true!! Parboil them so they soak up all those flavorful juices and bake to golden perfection!
