SEED CRACKERS
This may be the easiest recipe I’ve ever tried! And the best part is, these crackers are full of protein, fiber and healthy fats. They’re also way less expensive than the ones from the store.
I love dipping them in hummus or guacamole, but the possibilities are endless.

Ingredients
* ¼ cup flaxseed
* ¼ cup chia seeds
* ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
* ½ cup sesame seeds
* ¼ cup hemp seeds
* ¼ cup sunflower seeds
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp dry thyme
* ½ tsp himalayan salt
* 1 cup hot water
Method
* Preheat the oven to 320°F
* Bake for 45-55 min
