Lidia Bastianich Instagram – Fennel and Radish Salad with Prosciutto Cotto.  Here I am in beautiful Monza, Italy, where I discovered this this deliciously fresh and savory salad.  I love the crunch of the fresh vegetables in contrast with the Prosciutto Cotto and Caciocavallo, all brought beautifully together by the fresh lemon juice and olive oil dressing.
