Over 30 years of Kung-Fu and yet struggling to manoeuvre within the rules of boxing. We often pride ourselves in how hard we’ve been working on skills we now master. At some point we get stuck. Well, I was stuck. Stuck in Ego, in my own reputation and the pressure to perform as good as in my 20s. Allowing myself to be an absolute beginner again and absorb new knowledge, learning new patterns of coordination, is such a game changer!
