Top tip 1
Have you ever heard of 5-HTP? It’s derived from the seeds of the African plant Griffonia simplicifolia and its a precursor to the neurotransmitter serotonin which is involved in regulating mood and hunger. Supplementing with 5-HTP may reduce appetite and help control weight by increasing feelings of fullness.

Top tip 2
Psyllium husks – This small but mighty powerhouse fiber does more than just aid digestion (and relieve constipation) it acts by swelling in the stomach, curbing appetite, and potentially preventing overeating.
It helps to slow the breakdown of carbohydrates which means less insulin spikes and healthier blood sugar levels.
