Monique Coleman Instagram – ✨ Rather than resolutions, every year I like to think of a word or phrase that I can use to guide me through all my decisions & intentions. 2023 had two: “Red Carpet Ready” which had more to do with developing healthy habits, building consistency, and cultivating confidence than walking a carpet — & “Authority” which was about trusting my inner voice & no longer outsourcing my power ✨ I’m starting to think about my word or “theme” for next year & wanted to invite you to do the same. Is there a word or phrase that you could use to support you and influence all of your actions in the new year? Or if you resonate with the idea of resolutions, what are some of them?
