Nikki Britton Instagram – As a kid, I always wanted to be on a cooking show! I’d insist on putting random chopped ingredients into Pyrex bowls so the “audience can see them”. The second time I grated my fingertip off, Mum pulled the show off the air. Apparently the network couldn’t take the risk🙄
WELL, dreams come true! Because just a couple of years later, here I am on @sbsfood (bravest network in television) slicing and dicing and grilling and generally having a lovely time. It’s not my show, it’s @adamliaw ‘s The Cook Up, which is fair because he is INCREDIBLE! But I got to use some Pyrex bowls alongside the wildly talented @joelbennetts and I still have all my fingers.
