The experiences in my life have taught me that I must be strong, that everything is more difficult or easier depending on how I think about it. The mind is powerful, however, managing to control it has led me to make my FAITH for my passion and my dedication gigantic.
I had horribly uncontrollable pain and I still came out and continued with FAITH. I had many days of crying and still I continued with FAITH. Doctors kept me in bed until December and I still believed in my coaches and therapists who pushed me to forget my Athlete depression with Sports Psychology.
Psychologists and psychiatrists asked me: “Are you here just to cry or to motivate us to be more positive??? Because in my appointments I told them I just want to cry and after 3 minutes I saying: ‘thank you for listening to me cry, but I have to grow as a human being” and that was consecutive for 2 weeks.
So, they told me don’t cry Nilka,… always talk to yourself and value the gifts that God and the universe continue to give you so that you can be better day by day and that’s what I did.
Also Thanks to @nwa because they never stop since August to reach me and keep in touch with my health. I appreciate it so far. Thanks Jazz & Pat to believe that I strong & competitive with my self.
