Olga Kurylenko Instagram – Un enfant est violé ou agressé sexuellement toutes les 3 minutes en France. 1 sur 5 est victime d’inceste. Seuls 8% des enfants qui parlent sont protégés. Qu’en est-il pour les 92% qu’on entend pas ? On ne protège toujours pas les enfants quand ils révèlent leur calvaire. La mère qui porte la parole de son enfant est systématiquement suspectée de manipulation et la présomption d’innocence ne semble exister que pour les agresseurs. Des centaines, voir des milliers de mères en France sont empêchées de protéger leurs enfants, criminalisées à la place de l’agresseur dénoncé. L’enfant est souvent séparé de sa figure protectrice, placé en foyer de l’aide sociale à l’enfance ou directement chez l’agresseur. L’institution judiciaire et la chaîne pénale doivent se reformer de toute urgence. Aujourd’hui nous réclamons justice pour ces enfants et ces mères torturées. Ce déni doit cesser.
