Padma Lakshmi Instagram – It’s gone back to being freezing in New York!!! So….whats called for is a recipe that’s warm, comforting, and virtuous. Ribollita means “reboiled” in Italian and it is essentially a catch-all stew for repurposing leftover vegetables. I keep mine packed with as many greens as I can!! Try it with canned, rinsed white beans if you don’t have the patience to boil them yourself. But it’s so easy just dried beans, lots of water , salt and a bay leaf or two will do the trick.
