Good Shepherd Sunday Mass brought back memories of our New Zealand holidays last year…this very day 😊 I remembered how amazed and in awe of God’s creations of nature, his love and grace moved me deeply in my heart ❤️ We saw some lost sheeps, in the midst of the valleys and mountain as we drove, all alone and far away from the flock and I remembered asking my hubby…that sheep wandered so far away…hope it is not afraid and find its way to its flock… Yes..The Lord is my shepherd, and like this beautiful hymn written by Brian Boniwell, we sang at mass this morning . My heart sang with joy, gratitude, peace and love 💛☺️ Lyrics: The Lord is my shepherd.. I want to follow, wherever he leads me, wherever he goes. Over the mountains, the waters and byways, valleys and highways he’s waiting for me. I want to go to meet him there, to lay myself down in his love. The Lord is my shepherd and I want to follow, wherever he leads me, wherever he goes. And while on the journey to where we are going, he promised to be there to help us along. And over the mountains we’ll walk on together, to know all the wonders he’s given to me. I want to go to meet him there, to lay myself down in his love. The Lord is my shepherd and I want to follow, wherever he leads me, wherever he goes. So apt and timely that reminded me of those special moments of epiphany last year… God is indeed never late.
