🧡Gently close the eyes – if this feels uncomfortable allow a gentle gaze forward.
🧡 Feel the breath
🧡 Allow the Mantra So Hum at thought level, natural sound of the breath .
Allow this mantra to repeat ,any thought arises bring this mantra back at thought level .
🧡 try as long as possible – lengthen . To 10mins .
🧡Try Morning &Sunset .
🧡No meditation is bad.
Thoughts arise we are intelligent.
Be kind and smile.
