Rosamund Pike Instagram – It’s pretty much 7 years to the day that I walked into the Netflix Offices in LA and talked to Peter Friedlander about a Chinese Science Fiction trilogy called the “Three Body Problem”. It is pretty much 8 years to the day that my partner met Liu Cixin, the author of this unnervingly brilliant work and presented him with a signed first edition of Arthur C Clarke’s “Rendezvous with Rama”. So began our firm connection with these books and our quest to bring them to the screen. It has been a fantastic, bizarre and monumental journey across and between continents.
