Sarah Alami Instagram – There’s not much to say anymore. Are people not seeing the same thing I am? I’m honestly perplexed. Maybe my perspective is just different. Maybe seeing what my family has been through has scarred me. I thought the world could see but nothing is being done and those who were so outspoken in the beginning are now just quiet. They have nothing to say and they refuse to look at the videos of what they are doing.
