Shoniqua Shandai Instagram – The first quarter of 2024 has been PHENOMENAL – it’s been a wild ride of insurmountable growth, creativity and so many firsts! 🚀 From rocking the Creative Director hat for an R&B artist’s music cover shoot for the first time to dropping my DIRECTORIAL DEBUT with @theherstoryseries 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🔥 If you haven’t already, check out the trailer and first episode on my page – more episodes coming soon! 🔥 I am beyond grateful to forever be a NAACP nominated actress and the joy of wrapping up an epic season three with my @harlemonprime fam is unmatched. It’s been a season led by black women, from the showrunners to the directors and EPs… I attended baby’s first Vanity Fair Party, did a fire press run in NYC, had some exponential growth in my recording process, and been DIY-ing like a boss. 🚀🔥🎉🔥
All of this has been wonderful but it’s hard to put into words how deeply the true takeaways of this first quarter aren’t visible to the eye – but are felt in the depths of my heart. 💖 I’ve never felt more blessed, confident and joyful than I do right now. The experiences I’ve had these 3 months healed and expanded my heart, lightened my burdens and strengthened my support system. 🌈 I am grateful to God and all the beauty angels sent to me through friends who guided, supported and loved me into wholeness without even knowing it. 2020-23 brought some tough blows, but 2024? It feels like God’s way of repaying with blessings and harvesting the lessons of those years. Here’s to growth, gratitude, healing and the beautiful journey ahead! 🌊🌊
