I’m amazed by the female body! My admiration for her grows daily, recognizing her strength and incredible ability to create life. I feel a deeper connection between my body and mind—no more battling but rather trusting and following her lead. She knows the nutrients she needs and how to breathe. When I work out or go on a hike, my breathing falls into certain patterns naturally. I feel that by listening and surrendering, everything is taken care of. I express gratitude to my body daily for being so resilient and intelligent. This newfound love and relationship are something I’ll strive to build on even more in the future because it certainly hasn’t always been like this. Astrid preparing for battle! 💥 Have you seen Rebel Moon yet? It’s wild how many scenes and the effort of hundreds of people, giving their sweat, creativity, energy, and focus, don’t make it into the final movie. It can be tough not to feel a little disappointed, but like life, you have to see the bigger picture. Baby girl, we’re golden! 💛👼🏼 Creating has always been a life force for me. From crafting music, lyrics, characters, stories, fantasies, and making dreams come true, to now helping create this little life inside of me, it’s what gives life meaning and purpose. From nothing, we can create everything. So here’s a little behind-the-scenes peek from our gold shoot with @zackzublena. It was so much fun creating these pictures during this phase of the human creation process. 💛 It feels good to honor the female body and its beauty because it’s not every day that I wake up rolling out of bed feeling like the most elegant version of myself… Some days, I feel more like a whale. 🐳 ☺️ But I have nothing to complain about… so I’m not going to… even though this baby is getting HEAVY. 🏋️♀️ I feel great and am in preparation mode physically and mentally. But seriously, how much stuff do we need? Like, how many pants do you buy for a newborn baby? How many babynests? Grateful for this body of mine.
