3 cups water
3-inch piece ginger, halved lengthwise & smashed
6 peppercorns
3 cardamom pods
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 1/2 cups milk
2 tablespoons assam tea
2 bags pg tips
Maple to taste
