Getting out on a @bowheadcorp – thanks to Jack & Ash @adaptiv.sportsuk – this weekend in the Forest of Dean with my girls – and some kitchen dancing – has helped clear my head no end.

Just a reminder – no matter what’s been said and celebrated in the media – our Disabled lives are WONDERFUL. They ARE worth living.
