Some nice shapes I made in freestyle yesterday. This is going to sound a bit pathetic but I almost had a bit of a cry finally being back at dance. My foot still hurts, I can’t turn on it properly or lean my weight through it – but it’s getting better. Just the feeling of freedom, the movement, the the strength – I’d missed it so much. And the Flow routine @lolaograce is teaching us this term is heaven.
